Off market real estate refers to homes that will be for sale soon, or properties that could be for sale if the right offer is presented. Typically these properties aren't advertised on our local Multiple Listings Services - MLS.

“Off Market” properties comes from different sources... some are homes that will be available for sale soon by word of mouth, through the broker or the broker’s network— with no public advertising.

Other sources are directly from homeowners who may sell if the right offer is presented.
